Workout of the Week: Partner WOD

This week's WOD was submitted by @cfer_kringle422. He tagged us in their partner workout. Most of the equipment you'll need is pretty basic so most folks will be able to do this workout.

Partner workouts can be done a few different ways. This particular one looks like the partners can break up the reps. You can take turns doing reps, so one of you gets to rest. You can even trade off on the exercises, so one of you guys does more of an exercise if they enjoy it more. Comment below with your own workouts.

  • 1 Mile Run
  • 100 Clean and Jerks
  • 100 Toes to bar
  • 100 Pistols
  • 200 Weight Double Unders / Zeus rope
