Kettlebell Press Workout
This week's workout is from Instagram, @forty2seven_fitness tagged us in their workout post. All you need is a kettlebell and you can get a good upper body workout.

🔥 THE Z PRESS 🔥 • 📣 Why we love the Z Press! • 1️⃣Core and trunk stability are put to the test like no other; without either you will be severely limited in your weight and that’s ok! Because the Z Press, while requiring those components, is also going to help to build them! • 2️⃣ Especially when using a kettlebell, it helps to teach you to move through a more natural range of motion than a barbell. Not to discredit barbells though, they’re great. • 3️⃣ it’ll expose and strengthen imbalances between left and right sides. • 4️⃣ It’s hard as hell, forcing whole body tension and it’s hard to match the strength built. 🥇 Pair them with floor press immediately afterwards, as we did here, and reap the benefits of pressing from a horizontal angle extending that TIME UNDER TENSION! • 📝 The workout: 💥5 Sets💥 💪 5 Z Press ➡️ immediately into 💪 5 Floor Press • Video is 32kg; wanted 36kg but it wasn’t happening. • 📚 This is a great pressing workout or can be treated as a warm up if you stay super light. We were finding 5 rep maxes of this combo today.
