WOD of the Week: Andrade WOD

This week's WOD was submitted by Brett Andrade.

This has been my go-to for years. A great way to build muscle endurance and mental fortitude.

What You'll Need:

The Workout:  5-7 Rounds 

  • 25 Kettlebell Swings 
  • 50 Air Squats
  • 25 Push-Ups
  • 25 Abmats
  • 50 DUs

WOD Vocab:

  • Abmats = Sit Ups
  • DUs = Double Unders, the jump rope passes under your feet twice during one jump up.
