In honor of Regionals this weekend, we are featuring one of the WODs from yesterday's events - Linda. It's been raising brows in the functional fitness world because it's been quite a while since bench press has officially been included as a regionals workout.

What You'll Need:

The Workout: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time - 17 minute cap.

  • Deadlift, 295 / 220 lb.
  • Bench press, 195 / 135 lb.
  • Squat clean, 145 / 105 lb.
