WOD of the Week: Murph

This week's WOD was suggested by a few people.

"Murph because you can do it pretty much anywhere (as long as there's something you can use as a pullup bar) and it'll always kick your ass. "

"Lost a good friend far too early and we both enjoyed this WOD."

What You'll Need:

The Workout:  Murph - All done with a weight vest.

  • 1 mile Run
  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 200 Push-ups
  • 300 Squats
  • 1 mile Run
