WOD of the Week: Strength/Conditioning Workout with Sandbags
This week's workout is brought to you by @garagefitchick. She tagged us in a full body workout that not only includes some strength training, but also some conditioning work as well.
What You'll Need
- 20kg Barbell
- 10's and 35's Bumper Plates
- 60lb Sandbag Trainers
- Ab Trainer
The Workout
Strength
10 min EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
- 4 power cleans at 115lb
Conditioning
For time
- 30 sandbag hang cleans at 60lb
Immediately into 5 rounds
- 10 front rack lunges 65lb
- 10 push press 65lb
- 10 ab mat sit ups
Then
- 30 sandbag hangs cleans at 60lb
