WOD of the Week: Strength/Conditioning Workout with Sandbags

This week's workout is brought to you by @garagefitchick. She tagged us in a full body workout that not only includes some strength training, but also some conditioning work as well.


What You'll Need
The Workout

Strength 

10 min EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)

  • 4 power cleans at 115lb

Conditioning 

For time 

  • 30 sandbag hang cleans at 60lb

Immediately into 5 rounds

  • 10 front rack lunges 65lb
  • 10 push press 65lb
  • 10 ab mat sit ups

Then 

  • 30 sandbag hangs cleans at 60lb
