This workout has a bit more cardio than most people tend to like but sometimes you need a good cardio sesh.

The past 4 weeks have been frustrating. Unable to workout, but able to coach and watch others train. • It’s taken a great deal of patience and self-talk. • Sometimes we cannot do the things that we want to do.
