This is the second workout for The Open. We have the Rx weight for Men and Women below. If you want to participate but not compete you can do the weights listed below or a scaled version. You will notice that as the reps increase for the squat cleans the weight increases.

Beginning on an 8-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
Stop at 20 minutes.
