Key Features

Extra-Long Arms for True Cable Crossover in a 60" Footprint: You are bringing commercial-grade functionality to the comfort of your own home, without the added footprint. The added length from the Gibbon Arms allow for full cable crossover training: wide-grip lying chest flys, high-to-low crossovers, katana pulls, and any other bilateral exercise from every angle you can imagine.

Precision Angle Control, Multiple Locking Positions: The Gibbon Arms have seven horizontal positions on a 180 degree plane, and also adjust in four vertical positions. This full stretch and clean cable alignment optimizes overall muscle development. The Gibbon Arms unlock more exercise selections and allow the machine to work around you, rather than you working around the machine.

Dual 220lb Stacks, 37% More Than the Dane 2.0: Each stack runs 60lbs heavier than the Dane 2.0, and have now have dual integrated weight horns for extra weight or fine-tuned adjustments. Load from 5lbs on one stack, to 440lbs combined. You will not outgrow this machine.

Two Pulley Ratios in One Machine: The Gibbon Arms will run 2:1 for smooth, controlled cable movement on the Dane 3.0. The lat pulldown and low row stations run 1:1 for direct resistance. Both ratios are built in with no switches, no cable swaps, and no add-ons to configure.

Built-In Lat Pulldown and Low Row Stations: The Drew Lat Pulldown Station and seated low row are part of the machine, running true 1:1 ratio. Every pound you select is every pound you lift. No attachment required. No setup. Just get on and pull.

Features

Unmatched Adjustability

Seven horizontal positions, four vertical positions, and standard trolley height adjustments give you more angle combinations than any other all-in-one on the market. Dial in maximum stretch for flys and curls, get full range on lying chest exercises, or link both arms together for the heaviest cable work your program calls for.

True Cable Crossover, Right In Your Garage

The Gibbon Arms can move the cable starting positions inside or outside the uprights, similar to what you would expect from a commercial-grade unit. Instead of working around the machine, the machine now works around you.

Your Complete Home Gym In 1 Machine

A squat rack. A dual-stack functional trainer. A lat pulldown. A seated low row. True cable crossover. All of it in one frame, assembled once, ready to use the same day. Over $1,200 in accessories included standard. The Dane 3.0 + Gibbon Arms is the last piece of equipment your garage needs.

Built In Lat Pulldown And Low Row Stations

The lat pulldown and low row are part of the frame, not add-ons. Both run a true 1:1 ratio, so 100lbs on the pin is 100lbs in your hands. The Drew arm puts the cable straight overhead for pulldowns, and the low row sits at the right height for rowing off the floor. (Lat bar and low row footplate sold separately.)

1:1 & 2:1 Pulley Ratios In One Machine

Most functional trainers make you pick one pulley ratio. The Dane 3.0 runs both. Pulldowns and rows get 1:1 for heavy pulling. The trolleys run 2:1 for flys, curls, pushdowns, and lateral raises, with 5lb jumps and 88 inches of cable travel. At 2:1, a full stack feels like about 110lbs per handle.

Open 3x3 Ecosystem

3x3 (75mmx75mm) uprights with 1" holes mean attachments from other brands fit, not just ours. Leg rollers, storage, landmines, dip stations, and more. Build your gym around what you need, one attachment at a time.

Gibbon Arms Cable Crossover

The Gibbon Arms turn your Dane 3.0 into a true commercial-style cable crossover. They extend the cable path out past the uprights and add horizontal and vertical angle adjustment, so flys, curls, and crossovers line up with your body instead of the rack. Angle the arms inward, connect the cables, and you can pull from both weight stacks at once for extra-heavy rows.

Dane 3.0 with Gibbon Arms

The Dane 3.0 is our most complete all-in-one functional trainer yet. Add the Gibbon Arms, and it becomes something else entirely. It becomes a true cable crossover.

The Dane 3.0 combines a full squat rack, dual 220lb weight stacks, a dedicated lat pulldown station, and a seated low row into one machine built for the serious garage gym lifter. At 60.3 inches from front to back (with extension feet), it delivers more functionality than most commercial setups at a fraction of the footprint.

On its own, the Dane 3.0 is already a step beyond anything we have built before. The biggest upgrade from the Dane 2.0: dual 220lb stacks, 60lbs heavier per side, giving you more resistance for heavy compound movements and more room to keep progressing. By adding plates to the integrated dual weight horns, you can push this stack to 330lbs (with 55lb bumper plates) and beyond.

The Dane 3.0 also introduces dual pulley ratios in a single machine. The trolley boxes run a 2:1 ratio for smooth cable work. Because you are swapping the standard trolley boxes for the Gibbon Arms, this means the Gibbon Arms get that same cable travel. The lat pulldown and low row stations run a true 1:1 ratio, so every pound you select is every pound you lift. Both ratios are built in with no switches, no cable swaps, and nothing to configure.

With the Gibbon Arms installed, the system goes further. The arms extend the cable path outward and introduce full horizontal and vertical angle control. This transforms the Dane 3.0 into a true cable crossover system, opening up full stretch, natural arm paths, and cleaner alignment for chest flys, presses, curls, pulls, and single-arm movements from every angle.

For heavier training, the arms can be angled inward and linked together through a cable connector, allowing both 220lb stacks to be used simultaneously for rows, pulldowns, and more demanding cable work at maximum resistance.

The result is the most complete compact training system we have ever built. Barbell work. Functional training. Lat pulldowns. Low rows. True cable crossover. All of it in a 60.3 inch footprint, with over $1,200 in accessories in the box.

The Dane 3.0 standalone is a complete machine. You get the squat rack, dual 220lb functional trainer cables, built-in lat pulldown, and built-in low row. The Gibbon Arms add true cable crossover capability: wide-angle chest flys, crossover movements from every angle, and the ability to link both stacks simultaneously. If cable crossover training is part of your program, get them. If not, the Dane 3.0 does everything else without them.

The 2:1 ratio means the weight moves twice as far as the cable, so a 100 lb stack selection feels like 50lbs at the handle. It is smoother and better for cable crossover movements and functional training. The 1:1 ratio on the lat pulldown and low row means every pound you select is every pound you lift. Both ratios are built into the machine with no additional setup required.

The Gibbon Arms connect to the Dane 3.0 trolley system as a direct upgrade, so they would just swap out with the standard trolley boxes. They ship with a longer cable pre-included for the extended cable path. Installation requires re-routing the cable through the new trolley, which takes roughly 30 to 60 minutes. For assistance on assembly, please refer to the installation guide.

Yes. The Integrated Weight Horns (included with every Dane 3.0 + Gibbon Arms bundle) let you add loadable olympic weight plates directly to each stack, pushing capacity to 330lbs per side (with 55lb bumper plates) and beyond.

The Dane 3.0 + Gibbon Arms gives you 220lb stacks versus 160lb on the Dane 2.0, which is 37% more resistance per side. You also get the built-in lat pulldown and low row with no attachment needed, dual pulley ratios (2:1 and 1:1), and integrated weight horns. Everything the Dane 2.0 bundle did, plus more weight, more built-in stations, and a cleaner setup.

Yes. The Dane 3.0 is built with 3x3 uprights and 1 inch hole spacing, making it compatible with most standard rack attachments and handle attachments on the market.

Orders over 500lbs, full-size racks, or oversized equipment will be flagged as freight at checkout and ship on an LTL (less-than-truckload) carrier with a scheduled delivery appointment. Click here for more on freight shipping and delivery details.

Yes, you can upgrade to all stainless steel uprights. However, this will be a separate purchase as the Stainless Steel Dane 3.0 only ships with two. You can purchase additional uprights here.
