FringeSport Open Workout 13.5

FringeSport Open 2013 

Welcome back to the FringeSport Open! 

As a reminder, we're running a competition for all our fans,  with some awesome prizes for each workout! There is no registration fee to enter! There are no requirements in order to post your results and only 4 requirements to win a prize:

1) Like us on Facebook
2) Sign up for our newsletter
3) Subscribe to us on Youtube
4) Post your time/reps on the corresponding blog post for each WOD on our website (here), and that must be verifiable by the official CrossFit Games website

Here is how it works:

As soon as each workout is posted on Wednesday, we will post the WOD as an event just like this one. We  will also post our own times! The prize for each workout will be announced immediately as well (prizes are for Men & Women Rx).

Athletes are welcome to post their times as soon  as the blog and/or Facebook event goes live, but you must comment on the blog post for your time to count! The cutoff time for each workout corresponds with the associated Games cutoff day/time and will be posted.

Finally, we will post rankings for  the top athletes for  each event and declare winners for the entire FringeSport Open with a grand prize at the end!

Best of luck - there are no limits on entrants, so invite as many friends as possible! 

 

Open Workout 13.5

Men

 

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
100 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.
Etc.

Women

 

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
65 pound Thruster, 15 reps
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.
Etc.

Deadline: Sunday, April 6th at 7pm CST

Pull-Up Bar

Everything is in stock! Order Thursday by 2 PM CST in Texas and get your gear by Friday, in time to complete the workout!

This is the only Open WOD that I completed 2 times. My best score was 131 reps.
