This week's WOD was introduced by our CEO, Peter Keller. He was extremely excited to get our new 100lb Medicine Ball in and be the first to play with it. He did this workout in our Fringe Sport gym on a pretty spicy day (we're in a warehouse and don't believe in A/C.)
Give this workout a try, if there isn't a 100lb Med Ball hanging around you can use a Sandbag Trainer, 100lb Slam Ball, or maybe even an actual concrete Atlas Stone.
What You'll Need
The Workout: 4 / 7 / 10 reps
- Med ball to shoulder (image above)
- Burpees over med ball
